A consultant urologist in Ghana said the injuries Mr P aka penis has increased. The most common cause is a style of sex that is too aggressive, with positions and maneuvers that are too extreme.
"Every movement and curves that are too sharp to break the penis and lead to impotence or erectile dysfunction if not reported immediately," said Dr. JE Mensah, consultant urologist from the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, Ghanaweb quoted on Monday (10/20/2014).
Dr. Mensah recommends to be careful when applying the woman on top sex position, a position that requires the body and genitals curved too sharply, and sideways movements. According to him, the position and movement of the sort most trigger penile fracture.
Because the truth does not have a penis bone, penile fracture a term used for extreme conditions when there is a tear in the membrane of an erect penis. Usually accompanied by severe pain, swelling and bruising that appeared suddenly, and loss of erection
Dr Mensah said penile fracture is a diagnosis that should get treatment as soon as possible. Where he worked with many of the operations for this condition, but recognized the number of cases is not known because not all patients consult.
To be sure, Dr. Mensah mention young couples are more prone to penile fracture due to more aggressive in implementing sex style variations. Erection which tend to be harder on this group are also factors that increase the risk.
Even so, the age of 50 years upwards too risky experience. In fact, men also remain at risk of broken penis during masturbation.
